This website

This site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking scripts, no forms and no cookies. If you use the Theme button, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Like any web server, the hosting platform keeps basic request logs (such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We don't use them to identify or profile visitors, and they're kept only briefly.

If you email us, we keep your message and address only for as long as we need them to answer you.

In short, for Penna Notes: you don't need an account to write. Sign in with Apple is used only to turn on sync. If you delete your account, your synced data is deleted within 30 days.

What we never do

  • Sell personal data, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
  • Run third-party analytics or ad trackers on this site.
